The Coachtech Academy: Session 3

I will share some thoughts on the role that technology in all forms can and should play to increase the impact of our coaching, to get us thinking about the role it could play in the delivery of our coaching and for continuous improvement. I will demonstrate how to use generative AI as a pseudo coaching supervisor / coach mentor, and to facilitate metaphor-based coaching exercises using artwork. I will demonstrate how to set up an AI to analyse, draft and send emails to act as an ‘intelligent’ assistant and augment engagements with an AI coach. We will discuss thoughts, questions and insights from our collective knowledge and experience.
