About
A brief introduction
Sam is an enthusiastic coach, consultant, and coaching supervisor. He is widely recognised as a thought leader around coaching and technology.
Having established a successful coaching services offering with a big professional services firm and worked within a disruptive digital coaching provider, he now offers support to organisations in building internal coach pools, coach development, quality assurance, and monitoring impact and ROI.
Sam is Chair of the Coaching Professional apprenticeship trailblazer group in England, incorporating more than a hundred employers of coaches and several big professional bodies, achieving approval from the Secretary of State for Education in 2020. He also works with the ICF and the EMCC in their thinking around technology.
He’s been quoted by coaching magazines and professional bodies, and in the mainstream media. He often speaks at coaching conferences and on podcasts.
He has four young children, and spends his spare time writing extremely nerdy fiction books.
