Next generation leadership

My work is to develop next generation leaders. Next generation leaders act as if their souls have travelled from the future, contemplating the trajectory of decisions as well as their ethics. They:

• embrace technology and societal changes that will stand the test of time, while remaining firm against peer pressure and social forces
• see through a systemic lens, paying attention to the many individuals and communities affected by their attitudes, words and actions, even across generations

Next generation leaders also recognise themselves as humans and not just their roles. They:

• feel their bodies, emotions and personal values, accessing their whole selves rather than being trapped in a narrow sense of rational, process-driven thinking
• draw on their senses and remain true to themselves, exhibiting integrity through their transformational presence
