In this half-day workshop we will set up two AI assistants for your coaching practice. By the time we finish together, you will have introduced two virtual roles, carried out by AI:

• An email assistant, which will automatically categorise all incoming mail and carry out defined actions (such as drafting response emails on your behalf)

• A personalised sales funnel / coaching needs analysis that provides value to prospective / new coaching clients and demonstrates attractive innovation

Along the way, we will pay attention to the benefits, risks and ethical considerations by using good practice frameworks and increasing awareness around data storage and data flows.

NB:

• This workshop will include the setting up of an OpenAI API account, which will require participants to deposit $5 of token credit. APIs for other large language models will also work if participants have a preference, but may require additional workarounds that will be out of scope for this workshop.

• Participants will have the smoothest experience if using Google Workspace tools. Other toolsets such as Microsoft Office 365 will still work, but may require additional workarounds that will be out of scope for this workshop.
