There’s a lot of noise about AI. Most of it should be ignored. The Coachtech Academy is an 8-week, practical and interactive programme designed specifically for coaches who want to cut through the hype and learn how to use AI in a meaningful, sustainable way.
You’ll gain the confidence and skills to create and deploy a team of fully autonomous AI ‘colleagues’ that cost fractions of pennies to run. These aren’t just smart prompts or custom GPTs. They’re helpful, personalised AI assistants that work independently, handling everything from replying to messages and drafting emails to planning strategy and supporting clients.
By the end of the programme, you’ll be equipped to build your own virtual team, enabling you to scale your business, save time, and focus on what really matters in your practice.
What the programme covers
Weeks 1–2: Laying the foundations
You’ll learn the fundamentals of generative AI and prompt engineering and set up a simple but powerful tech stack, replying to text messages based on background context in seconds.
Weeks 3–4: Practice management and ROI
You’ll complete a self-audit of your systems to identify where AI can deliver the greatest return. You’ll also learn to assess when to invest in new tools and build an entire AI marketing team.
Weeks 5–6: Creativity and reflection
Explore how to use AI to scale your practice and support reflective development. You’ll build tools like an AI mentor and create email assistants.
Weeks 7–8: Risk and ethics
You’ll learn to manage risks and explore ethics. We’ll ensure good practice and protect you and your clients. You’ll build more advanced tools, like a research assistant or AI coach.
Why add 1:1 support?
The technologies in the programme might be unfamiliar. While you’re fully capable of figuring it out (believe me!) setup and troubleshooting will be faster with 1:1 support. You’ll get 90 minutes included if you add this upgrade.
