Program Lead Facilitator: Gauri Deshpande, ICF MCC, Certified MCC Assessor, Guest Faculty- Oxford Brookes University, AI Governance & Risk
Building and sustaining a profitable coaching business is a question that needs a serious revisit in the context of technology advances that rival ACC-level coaching, growing understanding of AI risk, geopolitical divides, an increasingly fragmented coaching market, and organisational buyers increasingly feeling under pressure to be seen as innovative and also ethical.
AI is reshaping the professional landscape faster than most coaches can track. Navigating it calls for clarity, critical thinking and a grounded sense of our own practice.
Many wrongly assume that in the coaching profession, credentialling is equal to business success. At an Asia average input cost of $7,000 & UK average cost of $17,000 to arrive at PCC or equivalent, many coaches operate without support on the business side of things.
Format: 15 total programme hours, (3×3-hour live sessions, plus 3 hours of pre-work, breakout groups supervised by Gauri and Sam, and 3 hours of post-class activities).
Outcomes: Personal roadmap to a profitable & sustainable coaching business, Identifying & reprogramming your ‘money shadows’, Finding your customer segment, and Devising a marketing plan for your target segment
